Bill Sumner Photography owns the exclusive Intellectual Property Rights to all photographs, text and html appearing in the Bill Sumner Photography site, and all rights are protected under United States and International laws.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all now known or hereafter known tangible and intangible (a) rights associated with works of authorship throughout the universe, including but not limited to copyrights, moral rights, and mask-works, (b) trademark and trade name rights and similar rights, (c) trade secret rights, (d) patents, designs, algorithms and other industrial property rights, (e) all other intellectual and industrial property rights (of every kind and nature throughout the universe and however designated) (including logos, "rental" rights and rights to remuneration), whether arising by operation of law, contract, license, or otherwise, and (f) all registrations, initial applications, renewals, extensions, continuations, divisions or reissues hereof now or hereafter in force (including any rights in any of the foregoing).
The Intellectual Property may not be downloaded except by the normal viewing process of the browser. The Intellectual Property may not be copied, transmitted, published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic  known, without the written permission of Bill Sumner Photography and payment of a fee thereof.

No images contained within the Bill Sumner Photography site are within Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright laws.

Bill Sumner Photography vigorously protects all copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered, the infringing party will be notified and invoiced the industry-standard triple fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in a United States Federal Court where the party will be subject to a fine of US $150,000.00 statutory damages as well as all court costs and attorneys' fees.
